Simon and Erin's Big Day, in Califonia, spells one weeks holiday in the Sun for the rest of us. A few primary discussions, have take place over a jar in the pub, but as yet nothing is set in stone. One thing though is certain. The Ladies, want this thing organised like a military operation, they want the sunshine on their backs, they want to relax and they don't want to slum it. Luckily, they have nothing to fear. Phillis is in charge.

The "I'M NEARLY FAMOUS" Tour -2005

OK Folks. The time has come.

Virgin Atlantic - DIY Seats
Originally uploaded by yoooreds.
After six months of chat, chaff & planning, our holiday has arrived.

Now our "Check-in" Plans have changed a little due to things beyond our control. Don't panic though it's all in hand.
Because 11 of us are in a group booking we are not allowed to check in online. But our seats have been allocated for us.
After many flights I have always found that seat "31D" is the best economy seat on the plane (Boeing 747-400). As near the front as possible, in an aisle, near the main exit.

Our seats are pretty close.
33A, 33B, 33C, 33D, 33E, 33F, 33G 33H, 33J 33K and 32C. Andrea was sat at the back of the plane, but I took the liberty of moving her to 32B, (shown as "1" on the map), next to Andy.
In other words we are all sat together.

The downside is we are not checked in and as a result our plans need moving forward by about half an hour.

Basically we should be stood in the queue by 9.30am. Trains leave Paddington every 15 minutes, at 10, 25, 40 & 55 past the hour, and take 15 minutes.

Therefore we should aim to leave Paddington on the 0855 sailing, (arriving at 9.10am). This leaves a little contingency if/when we miss it.

Now we are all grown-ups so lets assume that we can leave enough time to get there, but as a guide lets meet at Paddington Bear at 0845 tommorrow morning.

The "Rainbow Warriors", Andy & Andrea are meeting us at Heathrow. In the queue before 9.30am

See you all there. Don't over pack.

I'm off to see Marillion at Banbury
