Simon and Erin's Big Day, in Califonia, spells one weeks holiday in the Sun for the rest of us. A few primary discussions, have take place over a jar in the pub, but as yet nothing is set in stone. One thing though is certain. The Ladies, want this thing organised like a military operation, they want the sunshine on their backs, they want to relax and they don't want to slum it.
